Sandy Alibo is a cultural strategist, entrepreneur, and community builder dedicated to creating opportunities for young people through sport, culture, and creativity across Africa. Originally from Martinique and based in Ghana for over a decade, she is the founder of Surf Ghana Collective, Freedom Skatepark, Vibrate Space, Surf House Ghana, and Vibrate Film Lab. Through these initiatives, she has helped develop some of Ghana’s first surf and skateboarding communities while creating platforms for music, storytelling, creative education, and entrepreneurship. Her work has attracted collaborations with organizations and brands including Spotify, Vans, Meta, Off-White, Daily Paper, and the French Embassy. Recognized for her innovative approach to community building, Sandy focuses on creating spaces where culture becomes infrastructure, empowering the next generation of African creatives, athletes, and changemakers.
